Cancellation Policy
At our spa, we strive to provide the best experience for all clients, which requires maintaining an efficient schedule. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have the following policies in place:
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
• Cancellations made the day before or day of will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service fee.
Refund Policy
We uphold a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy on all services and products.
