CANCELLATION POLICY
At our spa, we strive to provide the best experience for all clients, which requires maintaining an efficient schedule. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have the following policies in place: We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with 48 hours or less will pay a $125 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service fee and will be banned from booking any future appointments.
