Cancellation Policy
At our spa, we strive to provide the best experience for all clients, which requires maintaining an efficient schedule. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have the following policies in place:
•No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked. Additionally, they will not be permitted to book future appointments.
•Same-Day Cancellations/24 hours or less: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service booked.
•Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service booked, unless the appointment can be filled by another client.
•Botox/Filler Clients: A flat $200 fee will apply for no-shows or any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
We uphold a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy on all services and products.
